Jason began as a laborer at M Bar C Carports before founding M Bar C Construction in 2005. His hands-on leadership connects field experience with a commitment to integrity, innovation and team growth.
Vice President of Business Development
Erik brings experience across construction operations, estimating and sales. He leads Sales & Marketing, guiding project development, risk assessment and long-term client relationships.
Vice President of Operations
Michael coordinates field operations, design support, engineering and project management. His background in large-scale federal, commercial and renewable projects supports safe, consistent execution by our own crews.
Director of Strategic Accounts
Neil joined M Bar C in 2011 after working with the company as a vendor. He develops project opportunities and long-term relationships, with experience supporting major solar canopy installations and California school projects.
Director of Operations
Bobby joined M Bar C in 2011 and advanced through preconstruction and project management. With over 25 years of construction experience and a background in structural and architectural design, he leads operations and connects teams to deliver complex solar canopy and carport projects.
