Pulse Millenia Apartments
M Bar C designed and installed a 287 kW solar carport above the parking garage at Pulse Millenia Apartments in Chula Vista, California.
The installation required moving 40,000 pounds of steel into a restricted area between two apartment buildings. The published design divided solar production between the buildings, making the project a useful reference for constrained multifamily parking-garage work.
