M Bar C Construction, a national leader in steel and shade structures, announces the acquisition of the assets of AFC Solar. This acquisition further strengthens its position as the premier nationwide provider of solar canopies and carports. Developers nationwide now gain the preconstruction and installation expertise of two industry leaders.
This acquisition, which includes the AFC Solar business assets and all key team members but excludes the separate entity of AFC Steel, expands M Bar C’s reach and increases access to skilled installation crews in key markets where AFC Solar is well-established. With AFC’s long history of successful parking garage and solar canopy installations, this acquisition increases M Bar C’s capacity and footprint, enabling it to serve clients better.
